What is your policy on controlled substances?
Long term opioids and benzodiazepines are not prescribed. Other controlled substances such as testosterone are utilized when medical indicated
Is lab work necessary for weight loss and hormone treatment?
Yes. Labs are required to assure you are a candidate for treatment and to measure your response to treatment
How long will I be on the weight loss medications?
You can stay on the medication as long as you choose! If you have any side effects or new medical conditions that would make the medication dangerous for you, your provider will advise you to stop taking the medication. Forming good habits while using the medication is crucial for maintaining weight loss.
